⁠⁠Rice water for skin has been used in traditional cosmetics and medicine throughout the centuries to deliver a bounty of benefits. ⁠⁠

⁠Rice water is rich in minerals, antioxidants, and vitamins B and E. Although extensive research hasn’t been done, it said to help with hydration, firming, uneven skin tone and pigmentation. ⁠⁠

But we do know that forms a protective barrier over the skin to prevent water loss, which can aid in all the benefits mentions.⁠⁠

How to use.⁠⁠
Depends on the product. It doesn't have any contraindications with other products and can be used in the am and pm routines⁠. I like to use it after my serums and before my moisturiser for an extra shot of hydration and to seal in all the goodness from the serums. ⁠⁠

Which products can I find it in?⁠⁠
The @imfrom_global Rice toner and the rest of it's rice range are the most well know but you will find it in many Korean and Japanese skincare products.
