What is a spa experience without some fancy products. I'm a big fan of ESPA and they have some uber fancy shower gels and body oils.

Many spas will have hot and cold facilities, some even have cold and hot pools. This changing between temperatures is proven to have numerous health benefits like boosting circulation, reviving up your metabolism and supporting your immune system. Love a bath bomb? What about a shower bomb? Also called shower steamers, these essential oil soaked discs transform your shower into a giant diffuser! Put them on the shower floor and as the discs dissolve the essential oils mix with both the heat and the steam for a maximally satisfying olfactory experience. They are also super affordable or you can easily make them yourself. I think Etsy is the best place to find them.
